Valentin Hotels & Resorts

The hotel is lovely but the staff made us feel really unwelcome. We were half-board and were told that all drinks were included with dinner and breakfast. On the first night we sat down and helped ourselves to the drinks as were told. A member of the restaurant staff came over and shouted at us and trying to charge us which completely humiliated us. It turned out you were aloud drinks with breakfast but not dinner. This completely made us feel uncomfortable going for our meals as felt like we were being watched by them.

Kein schönes Hotel, was die Lage, Ausstattung und Service betrifft. Ständig haben Hunde gebellt, die Nachbarn Löcher gebohrt oder etwas gesägt. Die Möbel im Zimmer waren sehr heruntergekommen und speziell auf den Stuhl wollten wir uns nicht setzen, weil dieser wacklig war. Für den Tresor hätten wir 15 € bezahlen müssen und 5 € leihgebühr dür den Schlüssel. In anderen Hotels bekommt man das dazu. Nicht zu empfehlen.

John Barroso is so rude( the corporate manager) , when I made an agreement for internship, he did not send me the necessary documents even if he got my passport number. And he was so rude, even did not return to my mails. So do not trust them and do not go these hotels. Do not work in these hotels. They try to find cheap workers. They just give 300 euros and 100 more ://

Freundlicher Service, gute Lage in Paguera, sehr gutes Essen. Die älteren Zimmer sind okay, leider keine Minibar, Doppelbett besteht aus zwei bequemen eher härteren zusammengeschobenen Einzelbetten, die sich sehr schnell auseinanderbewegen. Alles in einem empfehlenswert.

אירוח בבית ברברי במרכז הכפר ,יש לחוויה יתרונות אך גם חסרונות. עבדול בעל הבית מארח חביב שליווה אותנו מתחת לביתו לתחילת מסלול בנהר. אישתו הכינה אוכל מעולה ,את ארוחת הערב אכלנו על הגג ( היינו 9 אורחים ב5 חדרים ), אינטרנט מעולה . הדברים הפחות טובים חדר קטן ,מקלחת ושירותים מאוד קטנים , המלון נמצא בתוך כפר ( קריאות התרנגולים ב4 בבוקר מתערבבות עם המואזין מהמסגד ,הכניסה למלון מתוך הכפר בסמטאות מוזנחות). מדובר בחווה אותנטית ,הבעלים עבדול עם לב רחב ,אנגלית טובה וחולק את ביתו הברברי עם האורחים.
